Intro

Hi! I'm Mark, a Support Engineer specializing in web and app testing technologies.

My academic journey includes graduating from St. Francis Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering in 2022, following the completion of my diploma in Computer Technology in 2019.

I'm really passionate about new technology and always eager to learn more about it. Also constantly looking to explore, grow in my career, and find exciting opportunities!

Work

I'm currently working as a Support Engineer, helping users test their websites and apps more effectively. In this role, I focus on troubleshooting, assisting with platform usage, and ensuring smooth testing experiences across different devices and browsers.

Before this, I worked at Newfold Digital, where I handled website hosting, virtual and dedicated server management, network administration, and security. That experience taught me how to manage complex technical environments and communicate efficiently across teams.

Every day brings new challenges, and I enjoy learning from each one. It's this constant growth that keeps me motivated to sharpen my skills and take on new opportunities!

About Me

I've been fascinated with technology since I was a child. I frequently keep up with technological advances and do my best to learn more about them. Creative writing, video editing, and photography are also areas of interest for me.

In my spare time, I like reading various articles and blogs and listening to music. I enjoy going on walks, biking, and taking scenic pictures. Aside from the fact that work consumes the majority of my time at the moment, I find time for these hobbies since they help me relax and unwind.
